We cook all our food with Non-GMO Rice Bran Oil. Our injera is made from 100% Teff flour with no added wheat flour and is gluten-free. All of our food is free from nuts or nut oils. We can create vegan versions of our vegetarian dishes and dairy-free versions of our meat dishes.
